Nature meets sportswear in the series of embroidered brand logos by Iceland-based artist James Merry. Adding nature’s touch to famous brand logos, the creative artist puts delicate floral stitching over sharp lines of sports logos such as Nike, FILA, Puma, Umbro and more.
This unique concept adds a beautiful touch of the environment to these traditional sportswear brand logos. Merry stitches floral patterns on the logos of old clothes, giving them a refreshing natural makeover. In the images given below, you can see the intricate details of sewn flowers and moss over the Nike swoosh, a vine-like pattern on Umbro logo, and a mushroom on the Fila name.
The flowery details set each piece of clothing apart, keeping the undergirding nature theme in mind. These embroidered clothes feature only the plants found in Iceland, where Merry’s studio is based.
